- The HOTH's lower tiers showed 50% promotional prices when we checked, which makes headline comparisons volatile.
- Both run reseller programmes aimed at agencies, with white-label reporting.

|---|---|---|
| Price | Same six tiers as blogger outreach ($72–$456) per placement[3]Published termAmbiguous on source | DR20+ $200; DR45+ $250; DR60+ $450[4]Published term |
| Terms | From 14 days[1]Published term | About 30 days; host articles 500+ words; replacement for 6 months (1 year on contract); unindexed links replaced after 10 weeks[4]Published term |
FATJOE uses the same tier table for niche edits as for guest posts.[1]The HOTH's Link Insertions start at $200 (DR20+), with host articles of at least 500 words, replacement for six months (a year on contract tiers), and replacement of links not indexed within 10 weeks.[4]
Niche policies
The HOTH publishes niche rules that differ by product: Link Outreach excludes adult, pharma, “gray” niches, gambling, firearms and politics, while Link Insertions accepts several gray niches (but not adult).[2][4]We didn't find an equivalent niche policy on the FATJOE pages we checked. FATJOE lists iGaming backlinks as a separate service, so gambling isn't excluded outright.[5]
If brand safety matters, ask either provider which niches share the same sites as your clients' placements.
Reseller programmes
FATJOE's reseller page lists the services you can resell, says resellers set their own markup, and offers 10% off with a monthly credit subscription.[6] The HOTH describes a free reseller account with wholesale pricing, white-label reports and a bulk-buyer programme. Its claim of 40–60% reseller margins is marketing, not measured data.[7] Our SEO reseller guide explains how to work out your real margin.
