If something on this site is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it — especially facts about a provider's own prices, terms or services.

How to request a correction
Email help@dotmirror.com with:
- The page address and the sentence or table row concerned.
- What you believe is correct, with a link to a public source if there is one.
- If you represent a provider, your role — so we can prioritise first-party corrections.
We re-check the claim against the source, update the page if it's wrong, change the “facts checked” date only after re-checking, and record material corrections below. Corrections are handled separately from sales enquiries.
