This site measures visits with Google Analytics and collects your details only when you choose to send an enquiry. Here is exactly what happens to that data.

Who is responsible
Dot Mirror Ltd (“DotMirror”, “we”) publishes this site and is responsible for enquiries sent through it. Contact: help@dotmirror.com.
If you only read
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type and your approximate location. We don't send your enquiry details to Google. This site loads no advertising or session-recording scripts.
Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abusive form submissions; we don't store it with enquiries or pass it to our CRM.
If you send an enquiry
We collect:
- Your name, email address and website, and the service you're interested in.
- Anything optional you choose to add: buyer type, budget range and your message.
- Context about the enquiry: the page and button you used, any campaign tags in the page address (such as
utm_source), and the time we received it. - Whether you ticked the optional box to receive marketing emails.
We use this to reply to you and discuss the services you asked about. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Marketing emails are sent only if you ticked the box, which is never pre-ticked, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who receives it
- DotMirror's team, to reply to you.
- GrowthDesk, the CRM DotMirror uses to record and manage enquiries.
- Our hosting provider, which carries it from this site to GrowthDesk.
We do not send your enquiry to FATJOE or any other provider mentioned on this site, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to help@dotmirror.com. Quoting your enquiry reference (it starts with “FJ-”) helps us find it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Please don't send
Passwords, account logins, private analytics reports or payment details. We will never ask for these through this form.
